Stoked. Cannot wait to get out there. I just wish I could afford a pass :(

Anyone planning trips over Christmas/New Years?

My wife and I usually make a trip out to Golden, Revelstoke or Fernie. Should probably get planning 8)

Man, I made the mistake of going back to school and my only time to ride will be Dec 11 to Jan 8th. SO I will have to watch vid's and do squats to get ready for my few weeks :( I have a feeling this year will be stellar for snow. And I just got a GoPro over the summer that I have been wanting to try out this year. double :( :(

Take lots of pic's

May or may not fly out to van island for washy.  Went last year, an was the only powder I got to ride out of Washy, Louise and Sunshine.  Would like to do Kicking horse, panorama, revelstoke this year though.
Sooooo stoked!

I find Pano is usually a let down, I'm sure its great with good conditions, but I've never had a good snow day there.

Kicking Horse and Revvy are awesome. The chances of good snow are much more likely at those resorts. That being said, the best snow I rode last winter was Sunshine in February.

Yeah my Dad said that in the many years he's gone to Panorama, its either really good or really bad, but mor bad.  And I was really disappointed at Sunshine, went in Jan and there was really no snow at all, and then it dumped in the later season.  Oh well, theres always this year!!

For all those techy people that want to spend some money on new ski goggles for the season, the latest and greatest is out. Goggles with GPS and HUD. Very cool but alittle to expensive for my taste.

im going to be out there every weekend this winter if possible... i gotta take it easy though, then i can ride a full season... I always get over excited and try stupid stuff and get hurt and end up sitting out for a month or 2 mid-season.

I am planning on going on a trip to Japan for snowboarding. Check this out http://www.accesstrips.com/sports/japan-snowboard/  BadAss!!!

I've got a tonne of new gear this year.  2 new boards, new bindings and new boots..  I got a Lib Jamie Lynn, Lib Dark series, Burton Cartels, and Salomon Fusion 20's... I'm pretty pumped

Awesome. Such a good deal!

Yesterday we picked up an insulating layer for me and new Holden pants for my wife. We are ready to go and anxiously awaiting opening day. 26 days until Sunshine opens! 20 days until Lake Louise opens!
