STEP 1
If you are using a bookmark to access the site make sure it's directed to "http://www.westernsubaruclub..." instead of "http://westernsubaruclub..."

Restart your computer.

If the above still doesn't solve your problem please post the following(at "site bugs"): - What browser and OS you use
- What type of connection you have (DSL, Cable, Dial-up, "whatever work has", etc.")
- A screen shot of the issue (or copy/paste of text)
- A brief description of the problem
