Where'd you order them from?

I need to get on this and order a set. I haven't even called around locally yet for a set of those Firestones lol.
1010tires, when they had the free shipping. I think kal tire have them as well, but 1010 should be the cheapest.

would like to get some input from those who had michelins, from the last two summers I've had two nails in my PS4S, one of which was on the edge of being repairable. Are michelins more likely to get nail punctures due to the soft compound?

Definitely a case of bad luck. Nails don't really care if you have a sticky performance tire or a crappy hard all season. Do you drive through a lot of construction/industrial areas?

driving in the city for the most time, went through the construction area by whitemud and 75 st last week, might have got the jackpot there

When I put my PSS on this spring, I found a nail in one of the tires, but it had apparently been there a while as it was worn down, held air for over 12 months, and still hasn't leaked. Rather than get it fixed, I've just left it. The nail is still there. I'm honestly just really lazy.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.
If you're having forum problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but your post ain't one.

I recently got RE71R's from Costco, 245/40/17 for 180$ a tire and they're very sticky... although I don't like the amount of pebbles and small stones they throw at my paint it has inspired more confidence in a car I already thought was sharp as a tack.
The 3 is raw.  Lighter than more agile.  The 6 probably feels like a 747.  And by that contrast, my STI probably feels like the Hindenburg.  So GR's are like the International Space Station.

The wet performance is also very good. During a torrential downpour on highway 2 I was easily blasting through puddles. My buddy behind me found it hard to keep pace on his Neogens.

RE71Rs are great, but they wear super quick. I wouldn't run them unless I was using my car for competition purposes.

I guess for the next set I will be going with something that have comparable performance, but some compromises on tread wear compared to the michelin. Hopefully in the low 200 range per tire, that way if I have to replace one due to road hazard it won't be as expensive

Did you buy them from Costco?
