I once found a 6 pack of Three Stooges Beer. Nyuk Nyuk. No itshay. I decided to try it, but I should have known better when the motto on the bottle was "We all put the yeast in" It made me puke. Litteraly.

I am really mood dependant on beer. There are times I like to sit down and drink a nice stout, there are times when I am fine having a budweiser. I have a bunch of Mickey's Malt Liquor in my fridge right now from my trip to the states, about 6 stubby bottles and one 40oz lol.

I am more of a hard liquor person though. I can sit down and drink a nice scotch on the rocks till the sun comes home, Rye and Cokes, Grey Goose goes down like water. I have a real nice bottle of Kentucky Whiskey from my trip down there a year ago. I also enjoy a nice congnac once and a while. It is my choices and preferences in Alcohol why I tend not to go to bars all that often anymore. I don't miss the $300 bills at the end of the night.

Oh man, too many to list.
Guiness stands out as the all around champ. It's good no matter what the weather is.
Moosehead is a nice light beer for those days you plan on drinking a few.
Boddingtons, Strongbow (not a beer but meh), Tetley's, Harp, Steamwhistle, Red Stripe and Hooegarten are great when you're in the right mood (namely to spend a lot of money on booze).
For the cheap nights, Kokanee is king I think.
I'm sure there's some I'm forgetting but it's early.
Oh and Prairie Steamer is nice despite the name.

If it's beer I can drink it and I'll likely enjoy it, but that's the Irish in me. The only beers I refuse to drink are these "Light" beers that American companies are trying to push on us. I die a little inside each time I see a Canadian drinking one of these, it insults my very being.

My top 3 though are:
1. Innis and Guinn
2. Thomas Caffrey's
3. Guiness

I want to try Samul Adams, but can never find it. Anybody else ever see it in the 780 area?

Big Bear hahaha! Oh man that stuff brings so many stories in my late teens early 20's.

I've always liked Canadian of course, not many don't.  Otherwise, my favorite has to be Amber's SAP Vampire, if you haven't tried this, you MUST.  It is a maple lager, if you like honey brown type beers you will love this.  With that being said, I also like Big Rock Honey Brown.  Brahma is good too.

What I don't like is Kokanee, for some reason that beer keeps me in the bathroom a majority of the day after.

Anyone try DOS EQUIS?  The commercial makes me want to try it, they are doing their job well.

Canadian is my beer of choice. Big Rock used to be good but they apparently sold their soul to the devil. I love a nice thick dark beer, a beer you can eat with a fork...but alas I get massive migraines from such beer.  :-[
When life hands you lemons, get some tequila and salt , and call me.

Sleeman's Draught is my "usual" beer. Sipping one right now on a _fine_ day, finally!!! 24C out.

On our trip around the Caribbean, the only beer I fancied was Banks Beer, brewed in Barbados. Most of the others failed to impress.

Recently I was in Saskatoon,  and found Paddockwood Brewery.  London Pride and Porter have fast become some of my favorite beers.  I have a few of the Porter left but couldn't find any of the Pride before I left.  I guess the only place to get it in Calgary is at the Craft beer market.

I should mention that I found some of the Noire at Willow park,  and I'll be heading to Zyn and see if they will bring in any of the others.

More recently for general on tap beer I have been a big white beer fan, Rickards white and Shocktop being current leaders.
