Did you replace the front rotors when you did the brakes? Did you bed the brakes properly? The rear could simply be a bushing needing some lubrication. Try spraying the rear suspension and see if the noise goes away.

when ever im driving

A little more detail would help.
Just driving in a straight line on a flat road?
Turning corners?
Over bumps?
During an autox?
On the track?
When the car is loaded with people and stuff?
When the car is empty?
Do you have aftermarket suspension bits?
A/M mixed with stock bits?

"Tighten your tophat nuts" is about the only thing I can think of without more info.
Actually... tighten all the nuts and bolts.
And do what Amby said. The stock bushings (if that's what you have) are quite noisy.
