From what i've read the green will spool quite a bit slower than a 20g, but that the top end will be much higher....

In some way its true  :)

However depends on which 20g people are comparing. Td05? TD06? 7cm? 8cm? Mind 20g was a TD06-8cm

for example if you are comparing 20g TD05-7cm than I am almost 90% sure it will out spool the HTA Green. But again, have to find out after a tune  :)

Sam, the HTA Green is huge compared to a 20G, even a 20G with the 8cm hotside. It's going to be laggy as hell in comparison. That big a compressor wheel...you'll prob hit full boost just after 4k RPM I'd say. There are dyno plots on NASIOC.

Hey Matt, that sounds about right. I think my 20g hit full boost around 4000rpm as well. But I guess at 2400ft it could be worst...  :o
Oh well, we will find out soon!!  ;)

And again... Thanks Matt for helping me out! And now I am thinking... *A/O separtor*....*SS Brake lines*... **Build Motor** ... oh well, ignore the last one ;D

No problem at all, Sam.

And yes, IXIZ or Crawford A/O seperator, some Tecnafit lines, a Kartboy or Group-A pitch stop mount (dogbone), and you'll be set. Oh, and maybe some black paint on those wheels ;).

I'd suggest avoid opening your motor... until you get crazy and get a Full-Race twinscroll 40R kit haha.

FP HTA Green was installed and tuned by Airboy yesterday. Sorry, no graph or anything yet but Sunny might have something to show later.
It spool pretty much the same as my TD06 20g 8cm. It didnt generated crazy power over the 20g due to the elevation and gas.  8) I think?

Yeah, just a couple hundreds difference. Nut Cosworth only work with stock location turbo, P&L have an option if I finally got my engine build and go rotated lol.

At the same time I might get the HTA68 and max it out...

With Stu 's help we managed to get the Rotated kit + FMIC installed in around 8 hours  O0
We did encounter some fitment issue but nothing major... I guess. P and L claim there is no cutting require to fit their fmic but the piping is hitting something behind the bumper. So i probably have to try adjust it a little more or start cutting out the bumper.
