Is your JDM cooland reservoir constantly breaking/leaking?
I've been down that road and that's why I've started work on an aluminum container to permanently fix this common problem.

Here's a quick picture of the progress, I'll post up all updates in this thread.
Final product will have all nipples/coolant neck welded in place.

Price: TBA

I am still waiting for hardware to come in. taking way longer than anticipated.

My stock one now needs to be replaced before I can drive it, anyway this will be done soon at all? just wondering if I should buy something in the meantime

It is basically ready to go I'm just having an extremely hard time trying to source the nipples themselves or the same size of pipe.
It's not proving to be easy unfortunately

Started a new position at work in september and its just been crazy.
I just haven't had the time to do anything the past few months.
It is still on the back burner though

Something happened!

Custom Metric hose barbs!
I now have complete hardware sets for 12 tanks

They will not be complete in June because I'm leaving near the end and the shop is crazy busy right now.
But I'm thinking by the end of July is not out of the question at all.

I'm going to make up a mock up with all the hardware and will release a price and date of completion then.
This Should happen before the end of June.

I will then put up a preorder on my website, and the first 11 with a deposit will get one.
After that I'll see if it's worth it to continue with making them.

They will foresure cost less than the forge units.

Still working on it unfortunately.
Just been way too busy to make any real progress.

But with a couple hundred bucks in hardware sitting around I will get to it

Also interested! I have the newer style reservoir though (v3 sti ej20k motor).

I know there's a huge demand for these since they always leak!
