For anyone that is interested, Costco is having a sale on Bluestar ranges right now.  These ranges are similar to the Viking or other professional style ranges, and they get really good reviews on www.gardenweb.com.  They have an open burner style, and can also be "hot rodded" to add 22K BTU burners to your leisure.  This model at a non-costco bluestar dealer would cost approximately $4-5K or so delivered, so cost wise it is a pretty good deal.  Note the deal is only good for online orders, as they don't have them in the warehouses right now (so unfortunately you are kind of buying it blind - atleast costco has a good return policy!)
