Somebody just ran into my house with a moving truck.
It took almost four months for the front door of my house to be replaced under insurance, so I empathize with the total ullbayitshay you are about to go through.

Thanks man!

Just trying to keep my mind occupied but it's tough. I think a good night of wrenching on the Miata next Thursday will help haha.

Oh, no. I bought an entry into a raffle to win that steering wheel (didn't win  :'( ).

That company is Nightrunner International, they are out of British Columbia.

I bought one for $300 a few weeks back and it is just now arriving with $100 duty charge!

Slipped and fell down the stairs today. Tried to catch myself but really hurt my right shoulder doing it. My hand is still pins and needles a few hours later.

Im gonna be super sore i think.

Dude that's brutal. I hope it heals quickly. Take care of yourself, don't be afraid to see a doctor.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

The kiddo has been sick all week, I had to stay at home with her on Wednesday and she decided to get me sick as well. So now I have this absolutely brutal cold that's starting to feel more like the flu. I had night sweats and chills all night last night and kept having to wake up every 30-40 min throughout the night to go calm the kid down. She kept coughing and sneezing in her sleep and would wake her self up and then loose her uckfaying mind. So every time she would wake up, it would take 10-30 min to get her settled and asleep again. It's like having a new born again.

And I think I uckfayed up my foot/ankle at the gym earlier in the week. I was doing sled pushes and I think I strained my planters fiacitus tendon because I have horrible pain in my arch and ankle since.

Been there done that unfortunately.  I injured something as has hurt for the last 2 years, which has compounded a previous SLAP tear that I had in the same shoulder.

Hope the tingling and pins and needles settles.  That type of mechanism of injury can result in brachial plexus injury. :(

Isn't that nerve column in your left shoulder? Along with the sub clavian artery?

You will find it both on your left and right sides, along with a left and right subclavian artery.

Had a rough week. The highlight being I, and a bunch of other guys, were unexpectedly laid off Thursday on a gig where we were told by supervision on our in-doc day to be expecting roughly 6+ months of work... And we were there on the tools for 10 days.

What a kick in the damn sack.

At least a positive note, I didn't suffer too badly, whereas some of the other guys were put to the back of a 1200 person line.

You need to get a night guard, it will change your life. I thought my dentist was full of itshay when he said I needed one. Doesn't take long to see the divots you will grind into it.

Twice?! That's brutal, do you live in a spot where that sort of thing is prone to happening?

.

I started going back to the gym and I may have pushed a bit too hard on Saturday as today I have very limited mobility haha.
