We threw on some DBA T3 Club Spec Rotors today on a GR STi, formerly known as the DBA 4000 Series.  These paired with a set of Ferodo DS2500 and a full brake fluid flush with ATE Super Blue DOT 4.

Had a 2011 STi Sedan in the shop to install the new Swift Spec-R springs on it.  Turned out great and the handling is much improved over stock.

EBCS install yesterday on a 2010 Mitsubishi Ralliart, pretty great that COBB offers OTS maps for so many intake brands and even BETA maps for 3-port EBCS setups.

2002 WRX in the shop to get a Borla Cat-Back System and some TiC fender braces. Also did a quick oil change on it as well.

Like the wheels!

Pulling the wheel well liners to gain access to the stock "braces"

Stock stamped steel "brace",  these definitely have to go!

Beefy TiC braces in all their gloriousness!

Stock "braces" next to the awesome TiC pieces!

Stock "brace" as it came off the car

Gentle twisting produced this new shape...

New brace installed on the drivers side

Stock STi exhaust coming off the car

New Borla Cat-Back system installed!

Nice TIPS!

Fresh Genuine Subaru Oil Filter in place!

2012 Honda Fit coming in for a suspension upgrade. Here it is at stock ride height.

Rear Stock ride height

Front Stock ride height

Not a bad looking compact car, love the colour.

Front shot

The owner has installed an SRI already as well as an exhaust system, makes it a lot peppier.

Front passenger side strut top, nice and "easy" to access.

Oh wait...then there's the drives side which is even better....

Voila!

Stock springs

Swift Springs!

Much better!

Rear Swifts installed, not as much work as the fronts.

All buttoned up and handling much better then it came in, much flatter through corners and the pitch/dive is greatly reduced.

Front Ride height with Swift Sport Springs

Rear Ride height with Swift Sport Springs

2004-2005 WRX in the shop for some new Sways front and rear.

Love RPF1's, great looking lightweight wheel

Stock front swaybar and endlinks

Stock rear toothpick...I mean swaybar and stock plastic endlinks

Missing some bling...

Front bar and endlinks off the car, not in the best shape

New 22mm Adjustable Whiteline Front swaybar and Kartboy endlinks installed. Endlinks are tightened down with the suspension loaded up.

Stock rear swaybar and endlinks

There we go, that looks much better!

Nice new beefy 22mm Rear swaybar and Kartboy endlinks in the rear!

2008 WRX back in the shop for some more goodies.

The gold OZ wheels really look great on this car.

Whiteline Flatout 22mm Adjustable Rear Swaybar

Beefy rear endlinks from Kartboy

New hardware along with spacers to allow for correct positioning of the endlinks for the adjustable rear swaybar.

Whiteline Flatout

Whiteline Flatout reinforcement brackets for the swaybar bushing mount locations.

Another wheel shot...

So here's the stock rear swaybar and endlinks, not looking so strong

A shot for those interested in the Q300 on a 2008-2010 WRX Hatch

Rear swaybar and endlinks removed from the car.

Useless allen socket, 9/10 times the metal just rounds.

New Whiteline Flatout Rear Swaybar installed along with the reinforcement brackets and Kartboy Endlinks

2007 Subaru Legacy GT sitting on H&R springs with Koni Inserts

Rear shot after settling for about 3 weeks

Front shot after settling for about 3 weeks

We try to protect each customers car as best as we can with these nice seat covers...

...and recyclable floor mat protectors

Up on the hoist awaiting the new goodies!

Whiteline Flatout Anti-Lift Kit - KCA334

This kit will give you +/- 0.5 Static Caster

Another essential product when lowering your vehicle to improve the handling by raising the roll-centre.

New Whiteline Flatout Tie-Rod Ends and Balljoints

Here's the stock front control arm bushings that will be replaced by the Whiteline KCA334

The stock bushings are prone to cracking and causing inconsistent front end handling due to the changing geomtry.

Tried to get a close-up shop of the cracking

Full image of the front control arm off the Legacy

Stock Tie Rod End

Whiteline Flatout Anti-Lift kit bushings pressed into the control arms and mounted back on the car.

Whiteline Flatout Balljoints installed

Brake goodies waiting for a new home on a 2008 Subaru WRX. We have parts from DBA, Ferodo, StopTech, GrimmSpeed, ATE and Techna-Fit

OEM Rear Rotors and Pads, they're ok for stop and go traffic but don't really inspire confidence when you really need to slow down.

Picture of the Blue beast, great colour for this car!

Front DBA 4000 T3 Club Spec Rotors installed

Getting started on the Grimmspeed Master Cylinder Brace install

Ferodo DS2500 Brake Pads on the front with the DBA 4000 rotors, this is a really awesome combination for street driving and lapping days.

Rear DBA 4000 rotors installed along with StopTech Street Performance Pads. Options for rear pads on this pad shape are limited so we suggest the StopTech pads for a good balance front to rear.

Rotors and Pads all installed along with the Techna-Fit Braided Brake Lines. Awaiting bleeding and finishing the Master Cylinder Brace.

Grimmspeed Master Cylinder Brace Installed, really offers a much improved pedal feel and consistency.

System is all Bled and ready for the bed-in procedure.

Front Rotors after Bed-In

Rear Rotors after Bed-In

2002 Subaru WRX on the hoist awaiting some nice upgrades. Once completed this really drove like a completely different car. Having quality parts and the ECU map specifically designed for these parts on the car woke it right up.

Some form of Cold Air Intake System, stock tune...

HKS SSQV Blow-Off Valve - Not suggested to run any Full Atmospheric Blow-Off Valve unless your car is tuned for it.

Had a muffler welded onto the stock axle-back piping that didn't look so hot.

Now the new goodies from COBB Tuning

COBB Tuning bellmouth catted downpipe, allows the car to be flashed to stage 2 and eliminates those 2 restrictive catalytic converters.

COBB Tuning Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust to get rid of the current hacked on setup.

COBB Tuning SF intake and airbox system ready to replace the intake that is currently in place.

The most important part of the whole install, the COBB Tuning AccessPORT

SF Intake and Airbox unboxed and awaiting installation.

Removal of the current setup begins...

All gone, lots of open space for the new system to fill up.

We had to add the Afta-MAF hose to the setup since the previous intake replaced the stock piece.

Halfway there, just need to install the filter and then close up the box.

Airbox top mounted and "ram air" section plumbed back into the airbox.

Better shot showing how nice and clean the installation of this system is and how it integrates with the OEM components.

Airbox Lid close-up shot

Nice new Blue hose adds a dash of colour to the engine bay.

New hardware and gaskets for the Turbo-Back exhaust installation.

Laser etched COBB Tuning logo on the muffler tip.

Very nice rolled edge on the exhaust tip, really a great looking piece.

Mid-pipe and Axle-Back portion of the exhaust system all unwrapped and looking great.

Exhaust Hanger bracket on the side of the muffler, really nice welds

Axle-Back piping hanger bracket, nicely braced so the bracket won't bend out of shape during transport.

Stock downpipe removed from the car, look how small that piping is even with the heatshields covering it.

The stock downpipe features a flat flange with a small hole for the gases to escape from. This forces the gases coming from the wastegate flapper to mix with the gases from the turbine housing and can cause back-pressure reducing flow.

The welded on muffler....glad this is being removed!

Lower Catalytic converter

Muffler mounted up with the hangers awaiting the mid-pipe to complete the installation.

COBB Downpipe installed with the high-flow metal substrate catalytic converter on the lower portion.

Mid-pipe installed and all bolted together

Mid-pipe to Axle-Back connection

Mid-pipe to Axle-Back connection close-up

Downpipe to Mid-pipe connection, this maintains the use of the stock spring-bolts.

Cast bellmouth design with a second wideband bung should the owner decide to purchase a Wideback O2 gauge.

The exhaust install looks nice and clean on the 02 WRX. I'm curious if you sold the client an aftermarket up pipe to get rid of the pre-turbo cat.

Looks like business is going well. Keep the pictures coming.

This was awhile back so I don' recall completely but either he had one already or we strongly advised him to change it sooner then later.

Front Ride Height on worn suspension

Front Top Mount

Rear Top mount bolts loosened off

Wagon specific Swift Sport Springs

Koni Yellow Inserts for the front and rear Struts. A nice way to rejuvenate a worn set of OEM Struts.

New OEM Top Mounts. It's a good idea to replace these on high mileage cars as the rubber because worn and brittle over time.

Rear Top Mount close-up

Front Top Mount close-up

Up in the air with the wheels off

Rear Strut, definitely seen better days!

Rear Strut removed, empty space waiting for the new goodies

Pilot hole drilled

Koni Insert in place along with the new Swift springs and new top hats

Rear installed in the car, now onto the fronts!

Front OEM setup

Front Strut housing cut ready for the insert

Hole in the bottom of the strut opened up to accept the bolt for the Koni Inserts
