What license plate delete did you go with?

Also, where did you get the wheels painted?

I went with the FastWRX version. I don't like it. The engraving is too deep for my taste so I'm likely getting a Cobb version. I'll likely be selling the FastWRX version once I finally make my mind up.

Wheel painting was done by Work Japan. They ended up sub-contracting the work and basically told Tunerworks that the colour is no longer available unless they place an order of 40+ rims... I guess they got burned on the cost.

This thread shows better photos of the wheels

I'm curious as to what turbo and such you'll be doing. Let me know if you're going to install anything on your own. I feel like I owe a few hours of wrenching haha.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.
If you're having forum problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but your post ain't one.

Wow, straight from the factory. I'm going to be ordering some XT7's soon. I wonder if they are offered in anything other than the standard colours shown on the website. I love that shade of gold, looks much better than the regular bronze.

Have a chat to your friendly distributor. I went through Mark Lacey at Tunerworks. He won't be able to get you the same shade but he may be able to get close.

Turbo - NFI. As has been recommended before (by Jutes in non-prick mode), the Dom 1.5 appears to be the shizz. I'm not rushing this as my wife is cost controlling my insanity and to continue racking up ridiculous monthly parts bills is just... risky to my marital happiness. Maybe the turbo will be a late 2013/early 2014 thing.

As for self install... I'm thinking the EL headers/Cobb SF intake/DP wrap. I'll supply beer, hookers and blow, you supply know-how and advice on consumables. Beer and blow are not considered consumables... I'm thinking gaskets and such.

Hah, it sounds like you're parroting me. There won't be any vice if you turn up. Looking after your marriage and all that. And mine. Speaking of vice, you have an orange model I was interested in....

You asked when I was still working on the car... since Im not, there's no opportunities for you to come by.

And no, I missed out on the vice by about 5 mins.

:D

Nice choice. Mine is working really well... car was hot today when it went into the garage and I decided to do some work right above the turbo. Couldn't even feel heat on my hands a minute after I turned the car off.

The install is pretty easy to do without taking the TMIC off.

Good, good.
The TMIC is coming off for some underside gold bling too.

Quiet days at work = some research and planning, spend some money.
Now twiddling my thumbs waiting for stuff to arrive. Then hide it from my wife.

Lol, it's funny how our wives/gf react,,,,the first few parts that show up there o.k. with but then soon there attitude changes as more and more parts keep showing up,,,,Your car is pretty sweet BTW

Nope. I was the only other person there and the only one taking iphone video. I would have remembered a fire ball, and definitely would have remembered posting it on Youtube.
