Finally got around to start on the Flex Fuel stuff.  Cobb has some nice plug-n-play kits for this purpose but since this is more for curiosity than anything (only one E85 pump in Calgary), I decided make my own.  Most of the info came from NASIOC (https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2810122).  After some clean up, the included code worked as intended.

Now I need to plumb the Ethanol content sensor into the fuel system.

Installed some ID1050x in place of the DW750.  The injector body is taller and the location of the o-ring looked like it would too far into the Cosworth fuel rail and not seal.  Added some washers to move the rail up, just in case.

Plumbed the Ethanol sensor and plugged everything in.

Currently have Shell 91 in the tank.  Have to run that down and hopefully the weather would improve.

That damn corn juice is awesome and with that turbo that power band is 3000 rpm wide. Wish we had e85 at the pump here!
