Fuel injection will never flood like a carburetor would. In the event you do have a leaky injectors and the cylinder does get it fair share of gas in it, repeated cranks will clear the cylinder, and the car will start.
If you did see a pressure drop with the return and feed hose blocked off with the gauge in the middle, then you most certainly have a leaking injector.
Let your car sit overnight, then try starting it again. When it doesn't start pull the spark plugs out. If they are wet, it's confirming a leaky injector, do this only after you have verified that you have a blue/ white spark from the spark plugs during a crank.
If you get a orange, or dull yellow spark, then change your ignitor.
If you get no spark, then there is an ignition problem, and the wet spark plugs are a result of no spark, and repeated cranks.
