What's wrong with Hello Kitty?
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

Nothing, it'll match the pink.

Pink pretty much has to happen now. Why is it not a vote option. I also still stand by my nomination of Wu Tang Yellow Pearl

You know that everyone on this forum will be extremely disappointed if you don't go with the pink-eye look?  ;)

Keep the still tmic unless you want to go fmic and do water/meth.  That should get you there.

Just drag your brakes while driving on the highway. Insta-bed.

Well 365 days since the last post i guess its time for a small update.
As the car sits right now 290000km on the odo, 100000km after the engine rebuild.

No major problems over the year, other than the oil cooler gasket being replaced, and a worn out battery lead.

No plans for mods right now as im trying to save some money for a house in the next few years.

For now i need to tackle the rust on the roof and the fenders. If anyone knows where to get a rattle can paint matched in the city thatd be great.

Advanced Auto Colour, not to be confused with Advanced Auto.  The paint I got was a little darker, but it was close enough for me.

If you ask, I think they can also scan your car's panels to get a more accurate match. Silver is a tough one.

How bad is the rust? I'd have to chop and weld in new panels for mine.

Yup, they gave me a match to my colour code.

The biggest issue is on the roof along the windsheild, apperently the previous windsheilds weather strip wasnt installed properly so water had been building up.
And in the rear wheel wells arent in the greatest shape. I want to get to them before the spread upwards.

Yeah... The automotive batches are a lot more potent than what you'd find in a rattle can from Canadian tire. I had forgot about this when I was painting my rims, which unfortunately turns out that even with a weather sealed door in the garage still managed to stink up lacklusters house unfortunately which I really didn't expect.

I got my paint mixed at calgary body shop supplies, they came out to the forester with several variations of the same paint code to ensure it had the same characteristics as the body paint.

 :(

It's hard to let go of a car that you have owned so long, and that has treated you so well. (Over 100,000km!!)

I hope the new owner treats it well
