OK I'm trying to come up with a good color scheme. The CarbonMiata hoses come in a variety of colors. The car itself is blue. The color scheme for the engine bay would extend into the cabin as well. These are the 3 colors I'm considering.

Green

Orange

Yellow

Any thoughts?

Go with orange.  Blue and green clash to much and yellow is well yellow.

Lots of cars have green hoses. None of those colours really go with blue; if it were red you could do orange and set up a complimentary colour thing. Orange is at least a contrasting colour to blue on the ol' colour wheel though.

I say orange.

+1 orange (over green or yellow)

I do like the orange idea. I was thinking I could go with orange hoses, eventually get the valve cover powdercoated to match, and get a steering wheel and seats with orange stitching.

Orange.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

Pretty good idea of how I want my interior to look. Suede wrapped Lotus Elise seats.

Blue and orange work well together on a Miata.

That's a new Mini with functional suspension and a real engine, that's not LDS's type.

If that was cheaper than the Moss shifter rebuild kit they finally got around to shipping I might get really upset. :(

It wasn't super cheap, but it includes everything, new bushings, new boots, lube, the redesigned shifter itself, etc.

We should get together whenever my car gets out from under the pile of snow and compare Miatas.

Word around the office is that you've got a big FSB. I've got a big FSB too. We should get together and rub our FSBs together.

Doubtful. I'd have to install a roll bar to do that.
