Pretty sure , one is the link to the Titanium tips, the other link is to choose between regular (Cheaper ) stainless tips or Titanium tips.

One has burnt tips, one doesn't. The second drop down link makes them the same. Seems they just gave you an option to choose stainless vs Ti, at least that's what I see.

Same thing as far as I can see, just one page gives you an option to switch between the tips and one is dedicated to the titanium ones.

Also, buy from https://www.subiedepot.ca/hs15stig3x-invidia-q300-exhaust-stainless-or-titanium-tips-2015-wrx-2015-sti.html since it saves you on duties IIRC. Exact same people that own Subispeed.
