Just awesome. I think "Jiz" is better. I'll ask the wife.

If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

3200 km and Jiz is downright dirty. Here's some photos of how far mud will fly up into the panels of a 2015 FXT...

The rubber strips at the base of the doors is a breeding ground for rust. It helps the mud and sand stay firmly against the painted surface. The plastic sill under the door has drain holes but they're not at the collection points - they're about 2" forward so the gunk just builds up when you're travelling at speed and it's unable to drain properly before it dries. The sills also have enough gap between front and rear door that the dirt is deflected from the rear door flat surface forwards into the panel void. One final point, the door panels drain into this rubber strip. Sheer. uckfaying. Genius.

And we have returned back to the old days of 02-05 WRX where we have a rubber seal resting against the rear fender front edge. These were full of mud and sand... resting between the rubber and the paint. More. Sheer. uckfaying. Genius. I'm blown away.

7 hours later; clean Jiz and Rokblok'd

If you drive your '14-15 FXT in the mud and you plan to keep it for a few years I suggest you give it a good going over every now and again.

Subaru Calgary recently acknowledged that I have a noisier than usual CVT in my Foz. We went for a drive in a similar model and I could actually hear the engine and turbo. Awesome. Next time she's in town we're going to book in for a stethoscope inspection.

This may actually be the first lease car which I won't modify. Apart from mudflaps.

It's nice to see that Subaru still doesn't understand rust protection, even after the big step forward that was the revised GR rocker panel seam weld.

After your previous comment regarding the buzzy CVT, I was a bit concerned, but have had no real cause to wish any form of painful death to the transmission on mine thus far.

This may actually be the first lease car which I won't modify. Apart from mudflaps.

That is the one and only modification (to date) on my pipe and slippers mobile.
