Don't worry I will give you a ride! :D

The car just hauls, either I am a fat assay and out of shape (probably the issue) or it really works your core muscles as a driver.

Here is a quick video of it making the noise. You will have to scroll through the instagram post though.

On a side note, with it getting hot out my DW65c isn't cutting it it. Fuel pressure is dropping a lot more when the temps are high. I have an AEM320 to put into it now.

I had issues with my DW before too.  Threw it out, tossed in a walbro 450 and never looked back.  Now I run two of them haha.  Cars sick btw.  Great job.

Thanks!

I can't complain too much, it is 6 years old as well.  The AEM should be more than enough.  Just crappy to change the pump on these cars.

Yeah, if the pump is that old, I wouldn’t be attributing the drop in performance solely to the brand of manufacture. Not only that, but I’ve read and heard from multiple people that between DW and Walbro, that it is typically DW that is the more reliable and consistent, but I’m sure most of the “evidence” was purely anecdotal.

Also, I need you to take me for a rip in this thing. Gotta do coffee at Namao sometime!
