Prairie autohaus is a good place to go besides the dealers and there are a few of us on here that are actual mechanics and would be willing to help out in a pinch

Thanks, it just that Next service maintenence stated on the sticker on my windshield is 17k, called the dealer and they told me it falls on service plan b
Replace engine oil and filter
Rotate tires and inspect for wear
Inspect tire condition and adjust all tire pressures including spare
Remove, inspect and service front and rear brakes
Inspect and adjust all fluid levels including both differentials
Inspect operation of all lights, wipers and washers
Inspect and adjust drive belt tension if necessary
Service battery
Inspect axle boot condition
Lubricate all latches, hinges and locks
Inspect all steering and suspension components
Check under body for damage
Test coolant, inspect hoses and clamps
Inspect engine and cabin air filters – replace if necessary
Wheel alignment (recommended)*
They are asking $470-500.....
I think it is way too much.

$450-700 is ridiculous for the work that's done IMO.

I don't know of any good mechanics in S'toon, but I will happily NOT recommend the clowns at Subaru of Saskatoon.
my experience with them last Xmas, after my car froze up, was nothing but frustrating and disappointing. the quality of "repair" on my car was a joke.

Replace engine oil and filter  $60 and 20 minutes of time, $90 if you take it to a quick lube place
Rotate tires and inspect for wear Free
Inspect tire condition and adjust all tire pressures including spare Free
Remove, inspect and service front and rear brakes Free.
Inspect and adjust all fluid levels including both differentials
Inspect operation of all lights, wipers and washers Okay, seriously?
Inspect and adjust drive belt tension if necessary Free
Service battery What does this even mean?
Inspect axle boot condition Free
Lubricate all latches, hinges and locks Free, $6 for a can of whatever you want if you don't have anything.
Inspect all steering and suspension components Free
Check under body for damage Free
Test coolant, inspect hoses and clamps Free
Inspect engine and cabin air filters – replace if necessary Go to Napa, spend $30 on them, take 10 minutes and replace yourself
Wheel alignment (recommended)* $80-100 anywhere you want.
They are asking $470-500.....
I think it is way too much.

See red text. TLDR; Do it yourself. Worst case you're in it for $190 and a couple hours of your own time.

Went to prairie autohaus and gave them a list of what needs to be done but they never called  me.

I think it is time to get my hands dirty. So my only main concern is the differential fluids.
The rest is basic maintenance. I work with my S. Bike so to say i could turn some tools, this is my first tme working with my car though.
Time to get busy this weekend.
Thanks guys.
