I saw this coming, but I didn't think you'd find one so quickly after your sale!

This thing is a unicorn. Only about 5k/yr for mileage!

Uh oh. Not the AP1 vs AP2 debates.

So what do you have planned for it? My cars a blank slate like yours in terms of modifications, and I'm still trying to figure out what areas of the car I want to tackle.

PS: The only thing I'd recommend doing is a valve lash. The exhaust rockers of that year like to tighten up, and the intake like to loosen. S2Ki.com and billman have a good thread on it.

I actually did see that. I know Jackie @ Zero Limits is pretty honda-pro, so I'll be getting him to do any work on it (he's even mentioned on S2ki.com).

First two mods - Headunits with modifry DCI
Exhaust. I'm torn between the T1R 70R-EM Dual Sparrow, or the J's Racing 70RS Dual.

Great looking car! I like that color and what a beautiful blank slate to start with. With all the s2000's on the board, we could almost justify your own sub-forum.

I know a few of us are on s2ki, which has an AB sub forum. I'm fine with that.

There's 2 hard tops. The Dealer option one, and the CR one. Both OEM honda.

Spoon and Mugen also made hardtops, depending on baller status...

Yeah, I don't know about the a/m ones (I've seen a spoon one in person, I didn't like it), but I was just thinking of the dealer ones.

Yeah, I'll give you that, the Spoon one looks kinda meh. The Mugen one looks nice though, but you're pretty much guaranteed to get a good fit with an OEM piece.

Pretty much any real non-rep hardtop for this car = baller status.

OEM goes for around $4000 US (they don't make these any more and keep getting more and more expensive)
Spoon goes for around $5000 US
Mugen goes for around $4500 US
Ballade is the best option at $2200 US

Plus the shipping, painting, hardware, ect.

Congrats on the car, glad everything worked out in the end.

Have always loved the S2000, love the way the center console sits high.

I raced the S2000 once for a full seasonin Forza 4... Watch out for the lift-off oversteer. The STI understeers like a Civic by comparison.

I know one Civic that won't be understeering much anymore.

Did you trade it for a Fjord uckyfay? That control blade suspension is hella tight, yo.

Congrats on the new car bud.
Go home Subaru. You're drunk.
