I like this car.

Come racing with us next weekend. Put that fancy launch control to use.

Anti lag! >:D Did you just run the SD rom and convert all your maps your self, or did you start with some body elses and make adjustments?

I'm just using the MAF. Making SD maps is too labour intensive without a dyno.

I started with my OEM map, tweaked it a bit for Stage 2 mods, made sure the car was happy, then moved the numbers over to Carberry. Except Carberry uses Manifold Pressure instead of Calculated Load for fueling and ignition maps... So a lot of guesstimating is involved.

Groovy, I want to try it out sometime this summer when I get more familiar with everything. I might pm you from time to time when I do if you don't mind.
Cool car man!

Car threw a P0031 last week
I thought my front O2 sensor died from too much glorious Anti-Lag. Wasn't stoked about replacing the $150 sensor, so I just turned off the code and disabled closed-loop.

Gave the engine bay a quick detail this evening, noticed a plug was dangling. Oh, that's the front O2. Plugged it back in, works fine. Derp.

An aside - http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Denso-oxygen-sensor-SUBARU-22641-aa042/829836_1299789388.html

$30USD for a "genuine denso" O2 sensor... Doth one dare?

I think my Stage 2 Carberry tune is all groovy now. No learned knock, and the CEL only flickers angrily when stab at the gas pedal like it's a aginavay.
Really, without a wideband, I'm just guessing. Sunny is being a total jew about trading cat pics for dyno time, so I guess I'll have to leave it at that.

So far... I'm keeping it chill at 16psi on the TD04. Something bigger is in the pipes, but I'll do the upgrades piece by piece as I find the motivation.

Right now, what I really need, is some 15" Team Dynamics rally wheels. Those fancy Pro Rally ones that clear WRX brakes. Who's got a line on some filthy cheap ones? The more paint chips the better.

Try using your right foot instead of your oosterray.

I ordered the underbody rust protection delete kit from Subaru.

Part# 21370KA001 - GASKET - OIL COOLER

Also got some new injector seals for when I eventually copy Pumpkin. No rush here. Somebody needs to sell/give me an uprated fuel pump first, and maybe a TMIC. Or I'll just flip the windshield sprayers to squirt at my little baby intercooler for even better performance.

16608AA040 - "Seal-Fuel Injector" was $4.96/ea. That's the fat one that mates to the TGVs. Cool.
16698AA110 - "Oring-injector" was $15.17/ea! That's the little tiny donut around the top. I asked the gentleman at Subaru Calgary to double checksies the part# and price. Yup, that's what they charge.

No way I'm paying $60. That will totally blow my "stage 3" budget. I'll just toss on some HNBR o-rings I already have, and hope for the best.

Pumpkin's turbo, injectors and fuel pump are coming out and the old turbo is going back in.

Because it was a mis-diagnosed bad turbo and I had more fun with the older configuration. Now I drive like an old man.

You're selling a boosted RWD gongshow, and keeping a N/A FWD domestic. You are an old man.

There is something to be said about driving a slower car at WOT all the time. It can be fun! :D

Can't wait to see them on the car.

Should get a tire marker and block out the lettering, I had done it before with a crayon to see how it looked temporarily.

I love those tires! I had a set on my old truck and they surprised me even in snow. When I was out at abraham lake tooling around in some of the sand I only actually got stuck once climbing up one hill, otherwise it was a real good prerunner-esque time.
