You know, if you're gonna ask about a strange box, it'd be useful to show what the box looks like, and where you found it. You gotta fix your invisible links.

Without even seeing the invisible links I bet it's a remote start box.

to kinda hijack the thread while talking about strange boxes, what the hell is the one in the trunk which is conveniently in the way so my cooler doesn't fit. I've noticed that buddy in 2015 STi has it also. lol, thanks

Fixed your picture links, so myself (and others) can see WTF you're asking about.

Was this thread really less work than typing that string of characters into Google?

Well it was less work for him since he was spoon-fed the answer by people less lazy than him.

Speaking of less work than just typing it into google...

In 30 seconds, I can tell you it's either the spool for the center seatbelt, or the rear window defrost module.
I may scream like a dainty lady, but I punch like a fairly strong 11-year-old.

None of the numbers or strings of characters came up with anything in Google including using operators and wild cards. I tried before posting this thread, But thanks for spoon feeding me your incredibly helpful post!

And I appreciate someone fixing my invisible images, sometimes on mobile I have an issue posting images, a conversation we've had before. The images are to big or do not display.

i see the problem i had my search term was "u-1336m-xr+subaru"
Snackers good eye the 5 looked like a 3 to me.

But im probably just to lazy to read it eh amby?
