Order issue

Okay so this is becoming to be a pain in my side. I placed an order end July. Beginning of Sept we talk and you tell me there was an issue and it would be hand delivered on Sept 11 to the post office. Sept 29 I still hadnt received it and messaged you, no answer. Oct 19 I messaged again and leave a Pm on here, no answer. You've logged in multiple times onto the forum, and yet to respond to my Pm or my emails.

I've been waiting patiently and also trying to be nice about this, but the fact your ignoring a customer who has been charged off their credit card and has yet to receive the product or any customer service is BS.

Please contact me with an update.

Sorry not meant to ignore you logged in but didn't notice any pms until now.  Don't mean to ignore you which email did you send to all orders have been sent out I can double check here for you bud and no I value all of our customer and support without you guys we wouldn't even be here.  Apologize for the inconvenience.
