Wow that looks damn impressive. I was thinking Rainbow Six would be the fall shooter I get, but I may go with this instead. Haven't played Fallout since 1 or 2, as a turn based rpg like Final Fantasy. This is more fantasy than I like, but I'd expect I'd get a lot of playing time out of it.

AHHH it looks so good!
I have it preordered and my computer should be able to play it when I get back...
But I just got word that I'll be flying out next week. Probably on freakin launch day! At least I'll be far away, not able to play it...  :'(

Super excited about getting it tomorrow. Played through all four the past couple of weeks and I'm pretty pumped to play it. Been reading  ton of good reviews so my hopes are high!(side note, also was able to get a pipboy edition 8))

I preordered on the console, cause I really don't like waiting in line, was able to download some of it. Only 4gigs. It's gotta be more than that.

Only another 40 minutes until it's installed!!!  >:D :'(

I should post this in the xbox/PS4 thread, but this is relevant. Shows a pretty budget PC working better than either console!

I'm actually borrowing a 750ti from a friend until I can upgrade, so this is quite relevant to me. :)

Bought it for the fiancée on steam last night. I'll play her copy when she's done with it.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

Did you manage to snag one before they immediately sold out? Find one that wasn't claimed? Or have to deal with a scalper?

Also some good news bad news. Graphics are underwhelming compared to the expected, on the flip side it looks like that means my 280x can handle ultra on a single 1080p monitor.

It still disappoints me in several ways how Bethesda always drops the ball when it comes to this sort of stuff on PC, and still no god damn multi monitor or GPU support. Thankfully as always PC community to the rescue.

I'm too many hours in... Like 5 perfect of the stories done... And I got many thriving settlements.

There's a couple glitches, but so far, I've gotten along well without any type of selling. The weapon modifications is fantastic.

It's amazing. I've only really built up one settlement in Sanctuary, but it's currently 3 levels high and is well equipped. I've played a lot of base building type games so I'm going nuts over it

Also, please tell me someone with the Pipboy collectable is actually using it with the app?! I've been navigating around the maps and quests on my phone the whole time as well, it's a genius setup!

I've gotten the game myself, but my back log is ever high right now. Sitting at 10+ unopened games.

I blame Destiny. I'm addicted to that game.

I am definitely using my pipboy for my phone! I have an S6 Edge and it is an extremely tight fit but sweet to use. Also sweet settlement,  all I have really done is put a wall around Sanctuary and some defenses on the bridge as it's my only way in. I'm spending way to much time on settlements lately and not enough questing ;D

I haven't walled off Sanctuary, but I have a few machine guns and lights around, and some good fortifications at the bridges.
I spent a few hours last night ripping it all down and redoing it, haha. They've done an awesome job at making the building aspect pretty easy. Settlers and supply chains etc are a bit tricky to learn, they don't have much for a tutorial on anything.
Also not sure how the cow got on the roof...
