Well Hullo Community! Second resignation of a club member from Subaru Calgary this month... rough.
Just come down to a difference in opinions on a few things between the owner and I, and since owners have no oversight it's not something I was able to overcome. Additionally I've got some other projects and priorities that require some time and focus and so I am leaving my position within Subaru Calgary as their Business Development and Marketing Director. It's a little bitter sweet for sure, but the right choice for my sanity and my families happiness.
I'll see you all on Tuesdays throughout the summer and of course any questions or perspective re: the dealer I am happy to give.
I leave behind awesome people like Immi in Parts, Jennie in Service, and Nathan Gawin in Sales to carry on the torch of people who give a damn within the dealership.
For now I'll keep this vendor marketplace under my name until someone at the dealership steps up to manage it.
