Brake pad life is totally dependent on your driving style. Lots of highway km, or lots of engine braking, and the pads may last quite a while. Just something to make serious note of every time the wheels are off (Swapping between summers/winters).

Spark plugs can be done by anyone, just make sure they gap em.

I'm cheap, and the valve covers are a pain in he bum, so I just let mine weep. I kinda like the burning oil smell, fond memories of the Honda I had in high-school.
I may scream like a dainty lady, but I punch like a fairly strong 11-year-old.

And then I'll still have to do the Killer B and Banjo Filter haha.

So out of that list, I mean to my uneducated assay it looks good to me lol, but what would you guys recommend I do as soon as possible?

The plugs are the main thing that stick out to me imo, though it is odd that they'd need to be replaced if they were only 10k old. Did Vex fix the plug gap when they had them out or just take note of it?

Personally I'd check to see from Vex, or whoever you'd have doing the job how much extra it would be to just swap out the valve cover gaskets while they're in there anyway. If its not a ton extra, which looking at the quoted labor times it doesn't seem to be I'd just to the valve cover gaskets at the same time.

Plugs were done August 2014 along with TB, up and down pipe, fluids.  I mentioned to the person there but would not hesitate to ask them to regap. Should not need to adjust after 10k?

Vex charges 130/hr for labor, so if spark plugs are 2.5 and the valve cover ones are 1.5 each side 3hrs total, would it just be 5.5 hours total for these two things? Or would the labor time go down because I'm not doing two separate jobs, on separate days?

Spark plugs were done 10k ago, didn't think it'd need to be changed so soon

Looks pretty good to me.

I would just ask when the PO when he installed the downpipe and if he checked the play in the turbo, that should give you a general idea on its health.

If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

How? They're totally different.
