This one's a double whammy failure on a 2015 STi. The ringland on cylinder #4 cracked and broken apart and a spun bearing on Cylinder #3 Rod. Time for some upgrades!

I'm gonna go with oil starvation from a cracked oil pickup tube. It's all too common on the EJ.

Hard to say but i'd guess stock tune + 6th gear highway pulls hurt the ringland.

Pick-up tube was good, that's one of the first things we check when we get an engine with a bearing failure.
