Yeah, watched it yesterday. Was a pretty good race. Quite a battle for the upper-midfield.. and lower-midfield I guess. Seeing Grosjean passing a Williams and a Red Bull when he was on his Super Softs was crazy. That Haas is pretty quick and they are proving themselves on strategy! Pit stops need some work, though. Hopefully they can continue developing the car this season so they can keep fighting and don't start slipping down the field.
I was nearly jumping out of my seat when I saw Kimi charging ahead. It's so nice to see him really get aggressive -- kind of a rare treat these days. Hopefully we don't have to wait til Spa to see it happen again!
So far McLaren's reserve driver has more points than its #1 and #2 drivers... but it looked like Button would have done reasonably well if his car hadn't died.
Glad it wasn't another Merc 1-2 finish, but honestly it looked like Rosberg was doing JUST enough to keep a decent margin to Kimi. I think that car had a lot more speed in it that he just wasn't going to risk. They'll be untouchable again this year.
Oh and rumour has it that Sauber could be finished.
Monisha wasn't even at the race this weekend as she was out of the country trying to fund their next race. Sad state of affairs for a team with a lot of history in the sport. Need BMW to return and save them!
