I was about to ask if anybody was getting this for a console! :O

I have been dabbling with the idea of getting this for xbox one or ps4, but it doesn't seem like there is much of a community around it yet  :-\

The S is just the slim right, not 4k? I believe 4k is the Scorpio coming out next year, and PS4 beat them to the punch this year with the Pro?

Anyway, I'll have it for XB1 but not until I get back from xmas holidays. I have some good buddies from back home in Ontario who've been playing since launch, so I'll have a pretty solid community if anyone here wants to play.

I was bummed because I said I wanted Watchdogs 2 and BF1, if I got a game for xmas. My gfs parents got me BF1, which was the one that went on sale all weekend while Watchdogs 2 stayed at full price  :(. So I bought the new Metal Gear instead for half price lol.

The S doesn't run native 4K, it runs and upscaled 1080p.  BF1 is only optimised for 4K on PC but with the S or PS4 pro your likely to experience a better frame rate at 1080p

Interesting, since the PS4 Pro already has that. Is Scorpio essential the equivalent to the Pro, but a year late?
