cable to hyrdo slutch swap on second gen n/a
« on: May 08, 2016, 11:22:52 pm »
|Hey everyone. so i have run into a transmission issue on my 98 Brighton 5mt. My input bearing is shot and i have a friend who has parts he says will fit but requires a hydro clutch but is still a push type. I'm wondering if anyone has ever attempted this and how hard it may be to do??

You sure it's your input shaft bearing? How are you sure of this?

Are you using the right naming... Where exactly is this bearing?

Im getting almost a rattle when the clutch is out, but when  push it in noise is gone. Just replaced clutch with oem kit, and a new clutch fork. Noise is still present.
