Project Blue Sky is a 2015 Subaru BRZ Aozora edition that we did some pretty extension modifications to last year which included the Kraftwerks C38 Supercharger kit, full engine back exhaust, clutch upgrade and fueling upgrade.  The full list of mods is listed below for reference.  This year the owner wanted to take it to the next level which meant increasing the boost by decreasing the size of the supercharger pulley.  We went from the low boost (11PSI) to medium boost (15PSI) pulley and this meant we needed better fuel.  With race gas not being realistic and no access to E85 the only other option was methanl injection.  We chose to use the AEM meth system as we've used it before with good success and combined with their failsafe gauge system it would provide us the protection needed to safely run the meth.  With some tuning wizardry from OnPoint Dyno the ECUTEK RaceRom is able to detect the methanol flow rate and will only add the additional ignition timing based on the methanol injection.  If no flow is detected it will run the base ignition timing for just pump gas.  With the added 50/50 Water/Meth mix we were able to crank out 360WHP and 260WTQ from the little 2.0L.  With the flip of a switch this car can gain 70WHP whenever the owner wants, safely and reliably.
