Thanks for the compliments guys. Yeah definitely think it will stand out.

Haha good point, that works out for me since I told him when he's done to sell them back to me  ;D

Yes they will be well protected and look brand new when I got to sell them next year once I upgrade to a cargo box.
you will be the first to know when I sell them :)

How was Big White? Have you skied it before or was it your first time?

I've Boarded there a few times. We've gone at the beginning of January the last few years.
There wasn't as much snow as last year but was still definitely worth the trip.
Its by far my Favorite hill to ride.  ;D

It snowed about 18 cm the day we were leaving, was bit upset we had to leave. I like the fact though it might not snow for 4-5 days and your still able to find some powder lines.

Picked Up a few more Items this weekend and got a few things done on the car.

Changed the oil with Penzoil Ultra Platinum 5w30 and cleaned and reoiled the Perrin air filter.
Also installed LG dash cam hardiwre kit as well the Diode Dynamics tails as turn module.

Next up were a few parts I picked up from fellow member Cha0tik.

First up the OEM STI badged front lip

Second was The Nameless Axle back Exhaust

It had quite a bit of carbon build up so i cleaned them as best I could.

And finally installed pics

Have had the exhaust on for 2 days now and I'm thinking its going to be a bit too loud for my taste. I'll leave it on for the next week or 2 to see if it grows on me, but most likely I'll either end up selling it or look to possibly trade for a different set up.

Car is coming along nicely. Don't you just love the pops and bangs though?

Thanks for the compliments guys! Excited for Spring to get the summer setup back on.

TBH with the CVT I don't find it pops or bangs much. I think my biggest issue is it drones too much at highway speed for me.
I think the 4 inch mufflers would have been perfect , or I could try a resonated STI mid pipe to see if that helps.

Interesting. I never found my WRX droned with either of my Nameless exhausts (both muffler deletes) on the highway. Must be the difference in gearing between then manual and CVT.

Car looks awesome, I am really digging the red/black theme!

I think removing the WRX badge on the trunk would really set the rear end off!

Spent yesterday installing the Diode Dynamics C-Lights. Was a little concerned about pulling apart the headlights.
I've done it before but always been someone else's car, always a bit more concerning when its your own.
Overall though it went fairly smooth. Only issue I ran into was the Diode Dynamics DRL harness didn't work so
I ended making my own.

Didn't take any pics during the install, too busy trying to make sure I didn't screw it up.
Couldn't decide what to do with the side markers. I ended up blacking them out and I'm pretty happy with the look.

Had a few small parts show up this week.
Will hopefully get them installed this week end when I put the summer wheels on and
pull the mud flaps and the roof rack off for summer.

Also Ordered a set of Nitto NT555 which will be going on Tuesday.

Switched over to the summer rims this weekend, also was able to get the splash guards installed.
Installed the blower motor cover it helped a ton with the annoying fan noise.
Also decided to remove the WRX badge from the rear.
