I've only done 1-2 days at a time at Revy but I've always gotten my lift tickets at Costco or through the Lake Louise card.

Revy usually doesn't open till near the end of November if not early December so be careful on your timing. Opening day was so crowded last year I don't think I'll ever go again for opening weekend. Was still a good weekend and chilled with Darthekai while we were there.
I don't name things I know I'm going to sell eventually. Hence why I'd never name any kids I had.

Id recommend staying away from opening weekend. Much more enjoyable after that.

Costco is usually the way to go for easy tickets. However, buying a 2-day or 3-day pass online beforehand is also sometimes a good route. If none of those float, I actually ended up getting a better deal with a vertical card at some point, so you could check that out as well.

You can buy a Louise card and it works at Revelstoke, I was able to get a free day on one of my visits.

Pass rates are up!
Louise Card is $109
RCR Card is $100
Sunshine Card is $99

Revelstoke rates are all over the place. They are cheaper to buy online than at the mountain and the Vertical Card is something worth looking into if you're going to do 3 or 5 days of riding as Markkas mentioned.

That was fun, but yeah lines were insane and by the time you finally got on the hill (if you didn't camp out in line) it was tracked out. Not super worth the excitement imo.

While you're there, definately go to la baguette and eat a pizza at village idiot. Both fantastic restaurants.

Thank you for all the great suggestions! We changed our destination to Lake louise, as most of you were saying Revelstoke doesn't open until later in the season. Oh boy, was it fun! Stayed a night in Banff, Buffalo Mountain Lodge! Place had a nice wood burning fireplace ( with unlimited supply right outside your door) . Would definitely reccommend if staying with your significant other~ About 140$.

I have been to this mountain over 5+ times, and i can safely say that snowboarding with no one around is KICK assay! Nothing compares to having the entire mountain to yourself. Nothing.

Thanks again for the suggestions!

LL was that quite? On their opening weekend? Interesting.

How was the snow? I hate LL because every time I go, the snow seems to suck. Icy, to warm and slushy on the front side, etc.

I prefer LL to Sunshine. Just stay on the backside.

The only reason I prefer Sunshine over LL is because of the park, it is always so so so good!!

I have so much hate for LL.

Me too, I've never experienced good conditions there. People complain Sunshine is too flat, but if you know where to keep your speed, it's fine. I also wax my own gear so my board is fairly quick.

I prefer LL to Sunshine. Just stay on the backside.

I find the backside to usually be fairly icy.
