Just no. They're cheap cause they're pure itshay. They're popular among the slammed Miata crowd because they're cheap.

Welp. I bit the bullet and bought the Raceland Primo coils for 02 wrx. will provide many updates to help anyone out with coilover selection. again wont have for life (unless they are killer) but from reviews and personal friends having them they seem very good for the price. keep posted for reviews

Why did you ask for information if you were going to immediately disregard it and buy them regardless?

There seems to be two camps on Racelands.  One with defensive fanboys because they bought them and use them.  Second camp are haters because they're cheap ebay coilovers.  Both sides sound too biased to trust.

Since you've already bought them, I hope they work out for you.  Should be fine for DD.

No, because I don't buy products that are itshay just to confirm they are itshay. I haven't done meth, but I know it would ruin my life.

First hand experience. I had a set for a brief period. All the top hats cracked and the front struts blew. Don't cheap out on suspension.

Will they lower your car? Yes.
Will they last? No
Will they ruin your spine? Yes

Not that anyone bothered to read the OP's actual question  :sarcasm:

I ran into a similiar situation back with a 2002 WRX I had bought. A strut was broken. For around $450cdn after shipping, I could get a complete set of brand new of racelands. Or I could have spent ~$100-$200 on a single strut (I tried finding used, nobody had any or wanted to sell them as a set for way too much money). I went with the racelands.

Zero complaints. Keep in mind that they are (by design) meant for slamming your car regardless of any other objective. It will be low, even if you raise it up. Overall, ride was actually not bad.

And not that you bothered to read any of the responses.  :sarcasm:

OP asked for info. Was told they were itshay. OP asked why they were itshay. OP purchased itshay coils before waiting for a response (literally not even a half hour passed.) Then jelly and thatbeauty provided some insight.

What more do you want? Lol.

Oh no, I did read the responses. There was no meaningful info besides a lot of forum talk, most unrelated to the questions OP had ("looking at buying some raceland coils as a last ditch effort to get on the road again. they will be temporary").

But yea, you know  :sarcasm:

OP asks question. OP buys coilovers the same day before getting an answer. Members answer the OP's question. Days later, random member posts to say nobody answered OP's question properly, which contributes nothing but an argument.

Sweet, good to see this thread was productive.
