I have a 2007 Subaru STi and my B.C. coilovers are blown. I’ve found a set of brand new kw v2 shocks without springs. I was wondering if I am able to swap my B.C. coilovers spring and dampers onto the kw v2 shocks before I buy a full set of coilovers

I assume you mean just the springs. Compare spring rates and spring size. If the size is the same and the rates are close, sure.
