Day 4 (longer day)
Removed rear diff guard
Removed drive shaft
Removed sifter linkage
Disconnected all (that I could see) wiring connections
Removed all bell housing bolts
Removed trans braces
**:( attempted to pull transmission**

**note to anyone doing this, or a clutch replacement. Remember to disengage throughout bearing using the clutch fork and a long pry bar. No diy threads or videos I watched said to...***

Sadly didn’t have time to take photos today. And I will fix the darn photobucket photos tomorrow.

Trans should be out tomorrow and photos will be up of the joyous moment

there is a reason why no one said that....why do you need to use a long bar to get the throw out bearing off?? you just need to pull out the fork pin and remove the fork from the throw out bearing....

That also would work... but I didn’t have a long 8mm bolt to thread into it.
