This is what the clutch fluid looks like...

Average fuel economy over the first 620km has been 16.3L/100km.
I feel like for every litre of gas my Civic doesn't burn, you're burning two.

Having a hard time not going ham and ordering all the major stuff I want for the car, but I know that’s a bad idea.

We would like to have a few words with the person who said this is a bad idea.

Something along those lines. No regerts. Fun fact my VW cost me 6.8 cents per km in fuel on its first tank, the Corvette? 27.8 cents per km.

I’m kinda bored of the power level now. Need some track time before I go ham on parts.

May 21 or June 10. See you at Castrol? These cars seem to put down its power quite easily in a straight line (except launch), I can see how you may be bored.

Ya man, I hear it all the time - "My 600 is too slow so I'm selling it to buy a leader litre bike."
The thrill of acceleration dies quick.

Only solution is a TRACKDAY BRO

June 10th is a possibility. With no oil cooler or brake work I’m a little hesitant though  :-\

I still have those XP10's. If you aren't running in the red or TA group, we have time to swap the front pads before your first run.

Working on it.

Also grabbing SlowLGTs old front brake setup for my car, and potentially some spare wheels for RMDC shenanigans.

Some thoughts of comparison for itshays and giggles, drove my moms Golf R out to their place in the Shuswap yesterday, and in real world driving the R is just about as fast as the Z06 (passing on highway 1 etc) and achieved 6.9L/100km, but never did I feel like I was driving something special in the way the Z06 tends to feel.

Also ran into some guy doing some hard driving in a IS-F Friday night and he commented on how much my car seems to move around under heavy braking, so now that’s three people that have said the same thing.

Maybe raise up the car a little bit and give it an alignment. I attached PFADT's recommended specs, these cars need 1/8 to 1/16 total toe in in the back. Helps keeping the rear straight, and getting the power down on corner exits. Shocks with more low speed compression up front also helps control the nose dive under braking.

Go to wash car, realize bird itshay uckfayed up the PPF in places. Come home to polish the PPF and accidentally trigger the polisher dry as I’m getting set up and burn through the PPF.

Come one come all to view a destroyed Corvette at the SASC booth on Saturday at Driven  ::)

Anyway after three hours with the DA and some Autoglym it looks way better under garage fluorescent lights. I even made the burn through barely noticeable. Bird itshay still uckfayed itshay up in a few spots though.

Wonder what it looks like in sunlight though, I’m scared to see.

Today I had my first auto x experience in this car.

It’s like piloting an unreliable boat through stormy seas.

Pretty trash. Like 9th in RAW and I don’t even want to discuss PAX.

Only takes a little bit of effort to sort those out. It is all worth it.
