American living in Alberta! Just recently moved to Alberta (wife and work related) originally from New York, and lived in Orlando, Fl as well. Enjoying the area, but man this weather BLOWS! Picked up a 2018 WRX Sport RBP and so far I'm absolutely enjoying it. My second Subaru vehicle as I came from an Impreza that I had for a short time, but not new to Turbo AWD. I owned a 2004 Mitsubishi EVO 8 GSR (RIP 4G63) and also a 2010 EVO X (For a very short time....lol). I have always appreciated the WRX and have been on the fence for a long time until I finally pulled the trigger on it.

So far she has been great to me (Nicknamed her Cortana) and I am really liking the FA motor.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow owners! Seems like a tight community all over the world.

I didn't get rid of it by choice unfortunately

and as for the Evo X ......well that car was definitely a step backwards.

Yep pretty close for sure! Is that JDM or USDM? The back bumper is definitely from the japan spec Evo. In the US we unfortunately got the fat back bumper.

That's my boys car back home. I believe he might of sold it. He is in the army and was overseas when he imported it in. Had to be registered as a 240sx which was the funniest part. At the time of this pic it was a 95' with only 25k miles on it which was crazy.

I arrived about a year ago and the WRX I just picked up in January of this year. It was a little bit of a wait to get one in Blue. So I'm a complete snow noob when it comes to driving, But I am getting it pretty quick. The day I picked up the car we had a snow fall the very next day so I didn't have a choice lol

Welcome aboard. My wife and her family are originally from NYC/NJ area. They relocated from Ft. Benning though when my wife was younger. Her parents actually appreciate the weather now (at least Calgary's weather).
