Thanks everyone! Ok, lots of drama in my old car's new thread so lets give my X5 some love and attention:
Here's another shot from the same day as my first and only picture. I didn't want to use this one because the headlights were so hazy and knowing that Gabe was going to work on them, I was hoping to get some similar shots after they were polished. (you can also see my daughter peeking from the back seat <3)

Sadly, as he mentioned, the plastic is much harder to work with and may need a more aggressive compound. I still appreciate the time and elbow grease you put into it, Gabe! Here are some after shots:

But even at this angle... Could use another polish

Forget it. Lets talk about my favourite thing about this SUV:

My gosh, the heated steering wheel. It's such a simple pleasure, but wow, does it make a difference in the driving experience. Here's another neat gizmo that's more of a novelty. Notice the lights on the rev-band:
Warming Up by

The yellow/orange lights turn off incrementally towards 7k rpm, as an indication of the engine warming up. This is an /M feature, apparently. I remember test driving an M3 back in 2010'ish, and the dash was similar to this, with it's single tone-orange LCD dash, and I thought, jeeze, kind of dated for a luxury car. But now that I own one, I don't mind it at all.
Here's my favourite BMW aesthetic design:

I don't know what it is about the kidney grills; I first noticed them on the 850, and it's been pure love for them since. I think I like these the most of all the generations.
And finally, I've always liked BMW wheels, although their snowflake designs are by far my favourite. I'm looking forward to warmer weather when I can slap on the summer rims (with 315's in the rear!!). But, even these beat up winter wheels are nice. I like how they give the illusion of concavity.

Most of those who were at Tim's mentioned how much tuck there was in the rear with the square set. I'm not a fan either, but, you gotta do what'chu gotta do

Regardless, I like the way my garage looks these days

As for mods, I do like that camera rig lol, but... Yeah, I'll do something with the exhaust, but I don't think I'll straight pipe it.
