AWE, the precision automotive engineering firm located just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has announced today that it intends to enter the Subaru performance parts market. This launch will be next in the company’s recent efforts to aggressively bring its unique brand of exhaust, intake and intercooler upgrades to a growing number of marques. Subaru will be the brand’s 11th major market entry, and will be joining the brand’s Volkswagen, Porsche, McLaren, BMW, MINI, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ford Mustang and Focus product lines.
The AWE Subaru line will initially include a high performance exhaust suite comprised of AWE’s Touring Editions (outfitted with AWE’s proprietary drone-canceling solution 180 Technology®) and Track Editions, fitting the 2015+ WRX and STI. The line will also include unique product numbers between the WRX and STI given what the company has identified as unique acoustic properties between the two motors.
