I used to think Sega > Nintendo when I was a kid because they showed blood in Mortal Kombat, but wow, was I ever wrong.  And now more so with the casting of Jim Carrey.

I'm pretty sure they were just experimenting on Aus/NZ with that computer since it never went anywhere else outside of Japan. The Japanese have a pretty long history of experimenting on prisoners, after all.
