I just put in a grounding kit and the difference is uniamginable. I expected it to get a bit better, but it's absolutely incredible how smooth it is now. Thanks for the link zaider.

^Really?  On an '08?  That shouldn't be right at all.  Would you mind disconecting the grounds, going for a drive, reconecting and drive again?  I know it's a bit of work, but you should not be getting that much noise on a new model.

agreed. Grounding kits are usually more effective on older models as the contacts have degraded a bit and the OEM grounds are not functioning as well. On an '08, you should still have fairly good grounds and shouldn't see that much of a difference (other than maybe in your stereo if you have aftermarket wiring)

I was kind of surprised when I went to have a look at it as it only had one stock ground. I figured maybe I got myself with the placebo effect for awhile there but it seems to actually be effective. I took the ones I put in off and left it for a day or two and the jerkiness came back at low rpm's when slowing down . I haven't put them back on yet but I'm gonna do that tomorrow and see what happens (btw the only aftermarket part I have in the electrical category are Hellas).
