So Today was a productive day I think??
Went to Vex and placed an order for
DW300 Fuel Pump - $214.50
Cobb 3Port EBCS - $149.50

And Also went to mopac for some
DEI Heat wrap - $36.21

and my god the exchange rate for the U.S. is nasty!!!

Instead of these things on the list I instead bought

Injector Dynamics 1000cc Top feed injector - Fuel Injector Clinic 900cc Top Feed Injectors with pigtails - $400
Believe me I also wanted the ID but the exchange rate was wayyyyyyy too bad right now and I couldnt wait any longer
TGV DELETE (top feed) - Grimmspeed Ported TGV Delete Ceramic Coated Black - $300
KSTech 73mm BIG MAF Short Ram Intake - Ordered - $376.29
Deatschwerks DW200 High Flow in-tank Fuel pump Or Walbro 255lph fuel pump - DW300 Fuel pump - on ordered
GrimSpeed 3Port Electronic Boost Control Selenoid - Cobb 3Port EBCS - On ordered

Heres all the parts that need to go on for now.

So we also tackled the engine today trying to get everything off to make the turbo/header/inlet swap easier
but i believe we failed miserably

We Started at 6:30pm and called it a night by 9:15pm
We only took off the front strut bar, the top mount intercooler, and the intake, and somewhat of the stupid intake manifold that was a pain in the assay

Any reason you went with the Grimmspeed TGV delete over a fancy composite one?
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.
If you're having forum problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but your post ain't one.

Well, no middle fingers in the pics is always a good sign. :)

just yesterday, but today lots of middle fingers were givin today.

Any reason you went with the Grimmspeed TGV delete over a fancy composite one?

Only reason why I went with these were because they were local, and Vex had them in stock so I was sold.

Wow that ARC cover looks fanatastic......... ;)

Yeah dude!! I cant wait to install it, Thanks again!!

So Today we started early, basically 1:00 PM
and ended the day off at 6PM, what did we accomplish??
Basically nothing.
The stupid intake manifold would not come out, it was a huge pain in the assay, so we left it.
We then decided to tackle the plastic inlet hose and found out that the hose clamp that was connected to it was upside down, so it was also a bust!
So what did we do? we broke the inlet by force and had removed it out.
Heres the outcome

After the inlet was out, the stupid manifold came out at ease after one or two bolts came off. I dont think I would ever do this again.

We also tackled the tgv's and were in the process of installing the new ones, but decided to then tackle half of the turbo (removing downpipe bolts/Up pipe 3 bolt), and then also tried tackling the header but the stupid heatshield is covering the o2 sensor that we cannot for the love of god remove. After that we took a break and Chase (cmyles) came and gave us a hand, and we had removed the turbo. END OF DAY

Huge UPDATE
After the last update, a couple days after the intake manifold was on, along with the tgv deletes. header/uppipe ewg and turbo were all installed. We started to find problems along the build, we had no clue how to deal with it. The build then started being postponed as many fingers and headaches which were too much to deal with, so we started to give up.
Only to do more research each night and pming other members here questions here and there. (funk32, cmyles) Thanks Guys

After receiving some more of my parts.
Cobb 3Port ebcs
DW300 Fuel pump
73mm KSTECH Cold air inake

We then started to tackle this project once again 3 days ago which was june 17/2015

Me and my friend started to add reflective heat wrap to the tmic, and the intake piping. as you can see, we are not professionals.
-Reflective Gold Wrap - 70$ (from Mopac) for 24x12 i believe or 24x24 i cannot recall.

Oh yeah along the way i also acquired a tomei equal length header so no more UEL (BYE BYE RUMBLE)
-Tomei EL Headers - 400$

we made sure all the bolts were tight as we were finalizing the completion of the turbo swap.
the second last thing on the list was to hook up the cobb 3port electronic boost control selenoid.
Surprisingly my car did not even have the stock one when I looked all over the passenger side where it should've been.
What do you know?? We gave up, and called it a day.

Next day happened
We started to look all over the engine bay, to not find itshay!
Chase them came over and looked around and finally found it. Sure the Factory boost control selenoid was gone. The previous owner cut the damn wire! and hid it..
So we had to splice the old wires and the 3port ebcs (Ghetto rigged)

Now with everything bolted up, the car is finally alive! after a boost of course.

Here is a list of everything that we have installed
FP TD06-20G
Grimmspeed TGV Deletes
900cc FIC Injectors
73mm Big Maf KSTECH cold air intake
TurboXS TMIC
Samco Turbo Inlet
Tomei Equal Length Headers
Gtspec 2 Uppipe
Tial 38mm Wastegate with Screamer Pipe
Cobb 3port Electronic boost control selenoid

I also acquired a cobb ap v2 along with a new car while my car was out of action.
-Cobb Accessport V2 - 350$

and we will be installing the DW300 Fuel pump tomorrow!!

today we tightened up some loose ends here and there.
-filled up some coolant, because we forgot to add some in when we disconnected he coolant tank.
-found out a line from the coolant to the turbo was not tightened.
-bolted up the perrin rad shroud cover.
-found one of the injector connector was not plugged in.
-bolted down the tmic

Went to a battery store to buy a optima red top but walked out with a optima yellow top sigh.. the upsale is real.
so we installed it right away because boosting a dead battery was a pain in the assay, especially when the terminals were really corroded
once everything was all done we pulled it out.

Huge thanks to shane and chase!! for this to all happen.

on a side note so i left it on the driveway, when i stepped out the door it was raining. so i moved the car back into the garage to find a cel and cruise control light flashing
it was a code p2000 and another which i forgot but both leading to intake manifold runner is stuck closed in bank 1 and 2
not sure if its my tgv requiring a tune or something possibly wrong.

i am trying to book an appointment with sunny as soon as possible!

Wait, how long has your car been without a BCS?

Well since I've owned it 5 years ago I guess. But it did have a manual boost controller tho.

On a side note we did finish the dw300 fuel pump install today with much success but discovered we took out an walbro gss 342 fuel pump for free if anyone wants.
It will not come with the sensor or a washer to lock the filter as my new one didn't come with it, and we kinda broke the old sensor.

not much of an update, but i did get my hands on a grimmspeed 3bolt uppipe with vband flange
as my old gt spec2 uppipe was garbage, where the (fake tial) wg would sit. It would hit the frame of the car everytime I gave it a little gas.

when I took my car into vex, to do the pre inspection smoke/leak test. It would fail. They told me my external wastegate was possibly fake, and kept leaking.
So i decided to order a new one as I didnt want to deal with any more leaks.

now on route is my
Tial 38mm EWG with all springs
also ordered a Grimmspeed Air oil seperator as well.
the waiting game begins.

Also bought a new center bezel surround because mine was scratched up and missing chunks out of it.
And bought a new to me rear cup holder that goes behind by the armrest, as my old one was actually taped up.
Price ($40) from another member on here
