You have 3 options. Airboy being the best, lightspeed in red deer and than doing the etuning solution.

And regards only being able to tune in +0 degree weather, contact your tuner (as per funk's post, you have three options). When I called Airboy to do mine,he told me he needed the weather to be closer to 0degrees (as opposed to -30), as it was easier to control the variables involved with tuning. Just ask your tuner and he will let you know of his availability.
I got Airboy to email me a temp tune to tie me over until the real tune. Since your ecu is still North American domestic, it's not as crucial as the fuel tables are still stick but if your running a catless setup....
