Picked up a 2015 GLA45 AMG while I wait for the new STI to come out.

Winter tires/wheels count as the first mod?  BBS SR and studded Hakka8

Ready for road trip.  Not sure but, I think the front grill and emblem can be bigger... :o

Ha. As if you're going back to Subaru after that.

And here we thought the times were hard on you.  Power on this thing is already crazy.  I'm looking forward to see what you can get out of it!

Congrats!!! Never thought to ask you about tuning the M..... Are you set up for it?
The heavy four door saloon just beat the sports car.... That's the M5's job!

Ha. As if you're going back to Subaru after that.

I don't see why not.  Subaru interior has improved a lot in the recent years and the GLA is not exactly the Lux model from Mercedes.  I do like that it looks a bit ridiculous, and is a hatchback.

U didn't get the amg ricer spoiler :(

Working on it...

Sound financial decisions is not my specialty; my old job paid much better.  Tuning options for Merc is either piggy-backs with pre-made map or bench flashing with expensive software/hardware.  Neither one look too appealing.  Going to just drive it for while and see .

Unfortunately, no.

Vroom crackle pop pop pop  ;D

Didn't expect gearing this tall for a 2L engine (~100kph at 1500rpm).  Also nags you to get coffee.

6.3L/100km displayed,  6.8L/100km actual. Calgary to Kamloops.

Does it only nag you to get coffee when you start messing up, or is it just a straight timer?

Supposed to be based on driver inputs but not sure exactly what.  It doesn't have lane departure detection either.

That coffee advisor is a pain in the assay when it's windy out; it perceives you making constant corrections as a sign you're tired.

So awesome. I love these things, and if I could swing it, it'd be my goto choice for the GTI replacement.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.
If you're having forum problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but your post ain't one.

I think the 2015s still had the 355hp tune. But that's safer in my opinion anyway. That's a lot for a 2.0L to handle with all those 26 psi of boost.

Seems to nag more at night...didn't bug me during the day, on our way back.

Correct.  The power was bumped up for 2017 (not sure about 2016).  I Dynoed it at 320ft-lb/290whp with 91 octane gas (brand unknown).

Lock pins just seemed out of place.

You might be newer but I can still kick your assay....said the WRX
