My friends and I all prepped for 780 season opener. Was a fairly good turnout. sucks that it rained.

Just before I got the car tuned,  I picked up a new Bride seat from invisions. Same seat e13_tankbuster has on his passenger side. It's the Stradia II I believe. I'll grab a picture tomorro,  but I love it. definitely not for bigger people. I'm a pretty small guy and it hugs me nicely.  Found it definitely needed extra padding for lumbar though. I had two from my last seat that I transferred over.  Still wasn't quite enough,  so I took extra rectangular sponges I had laying around (the thicker soft detailing kind) cut it in half then shoved it in the cushions.  Made it much better.  I are now very happy

Not a lot going on with the car lately. Been replenishing the funds I've spent last winter so that I'm ready for this winter projects. Latest thing I've done is added a quick release air fitting to the tank in my trunk. Also have an air line, air Chuck and blower in the vehicle. Now I can fill my own tires wherever I want.

Also picked up a outside tire plug kit for emergency. Should be good for a while.

Let me know what you guys think

With The dollar being so absolutely terrible, I figured now would be a good time to play around with the stuff I already bought. Car has stayed pretty much the same for a while.

Last weekend I've been working on getting my second bride seat in. Disabled the side air bag, installed the occupancy sensor, including the bladder, and got both my takata harness in. Just got the one picture. Extremely happy with how it looks right now.

Winter modding has begun  ;D next up, idk. Lol gotta decide still

Get some graduated Bride fabric and reupholster the door panels and rear seat.  >:D

Seats look great though.

Haha, I don't think I'll go that far. I find that it looks almost too busy with all that gradation fabric everywhere. Besides, not like I'll be able to use the rear seats much anyways  :P

Time for a tiny little update.....

So far, most of the winter I've just been sitting on parts and hoping to get some shop time to work on my car. Finally last weekend I did get a bit of time. I spent it installing my new ht autos side skirt extensions and wiring up a switch for my air suspension.....that no one will ever see.

Yes, the picture has been edited to be much lighter to show better the side skirt extensions.

Switch is hidden under where the control panel is for the air suspension. Where the heated seat switches used to be. Purpose of this is because the system drains the battery when the car just sits. Rather than removing the fuse as recommend by bagbarn, I decided a switch is much more convenient. Does the same thing, only all controllable from the drivers seat.

Still gotta find time to replace my control arms...

Side skirts look great. Man, that'll look nice with proper wide wheels.

Car looks great - amazing really. Id love to chat with you about your suspension and what issues if any you've had with it. Did you drive it this winter and have any issues? I assume you went e-level with the accuair in the trunk i see. Is it good?
I'm installing a kit on my legacy in a couple weeks so any info on setup would be awesome.

So, with summer fast approaching, I figured it's time to get the wheels and tires set up. So I finally picked up my wheels today. Dropped by work to show my buddy, and ended up with two tires on it because my boss just so happened to have two in the right size for sale. He told me to pop them on to see what they look like. God I hate when he's right....

Now I gotta go pick up some conversion spacers, so they can be test fitted on the car....I really hope they fit on the car under the flares.....lots of guesswork.

On another note, flares have been dropped off for paint on the weekend. I'm super excited to see it all come together.

Man, when did you get Advan's?  Baller!  I love how the hub inset is so close to the spokes.

I am sad that these wheels will be too wide for me to leech off you on a later occasion.

Haha Thanks. Easy enough mistake though. They do look a lot like advans.

Yeh I originally ordered a much flatter face for the wheel. When it arrived I really didn't like it. So i struck a deal with the guy and he ordered me these. Much better I think

I just looked up the ZE40 yesterday after seeing them on Speed Academy. $800USD/wheel for 17x9 +61 5x114.3 (s2k fitment).

Yikes.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.
If you're having forum problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but your post ain't one.

Yikes.

To be expected for a fully forged wheel.

This was a busy week for me. Picked up my conversion spacers, got hub centric rings for the wheels, ordered center caps for the volks......and dropped off my car at KennyB's place to get my flares painted and installed.

Big thanks to him for doing it. I'm super excited, and can barely contain my excitement. Anyways, hes sent me an update. Flares have been fitted and cleaned so far, and trimming is probably the next step. Here's what he's sent me
