I thought it was awesome. Funny, good action, and the chick from Gotham is pretty hot. I liked it so much I think I might pick up the game for XB1 lol.

Anyone else seen it yet?

Such a good movie, and impressive, considering they had 58 million to work with and turned a profit of over 310 million opening weekend, for an R rated movie (well, 14A in Canada).

As RedndWhite said on Saturday, i'll give it a solid 5 out of 7.

It was amazing.

I love the comics. I love Ryan Reynolds.
But another love story.
Released on Valentines weekend, no less.
 :sarcasm:

Still love Deadpool tho.

I'm excited where they take it next. I was really worried they wouldn't do him justice, and he'd just be the "dank meme" that 4chan/reddit make him out to be. One of my fav arcs is the X-force arc where he saves Evan, and becomes Uncle Deadpool., but they managed to balance his comedy, 4th wall breaking, and other talents without just making him a cheap laugh. I'm legitimately impressed they pulled it off.

That being said, it might be time to re-read my Cable + Deadpool omnibus if they're breaking out Cable for the sequel.

Spoiler:
Vanessa is supposed to be copycat, and I love her story in the comics. She's straight up uckfaying insane.

I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.

I laughed pretty hard because I immediately recognized the after-credits gag.
