I would pull the consol now and make sure there isn't any coffee ice in there.

Get a stiff brissle detailing brush, carpet cleaner (auto glym or chem guys), and steam. You'll have to put in some Elbow  grease to get it all out.

If it still stinks I would pull the carpet and pressure wash it. I did that with my old cross sport seats that were heavily coffee stained and they turned out great.

Thanks..  I don't have access to a garage and won't have one of my own until Spring..

For steam, if I'm filling the carpet with steam will I need an extractor to dry it out?  Quite new to this process.. I don't eat or drink in my car..
