I liked the idea, but I absolutely hated how short the races were in the first one. You had to cut corners and smash your way to the front to win in time. Really don't understand why you couldn't choose your own lap amount. I like to race clean, and the game just wouldn't allow it. Did #2 fix this?

I even find current Forza Motorsport games suffer from this issue.

FTR, I love Forza, it's the 1 game keeping me from switching to Playstation. Also, this game looks gorgeous.

The races are stil shorter in #2. The graphics and the open world just look insane imo. There also looks to be even more customization in this one with widebodys and such. Agreed forza games are really the one game keeping me on xbox.

I haven't turned on my box in quite some time neither have I really paid attention to any games coming out. Is there a good steering wheel set up for the xbox one?

I have always loved the Forza games but back when I played them there wasn't much for steering wheel set ups available.

This game does look really good and as always I am quite excited for it to come out!

Yea, that's the problem!

The G27 for PS3 was amazing and only cost like $275, the good set ups for Xbox One are like $400 and then you have to buy the damn pedals and shifter separately!

I've always wanted widebody options, so that'll be nice.

They really need to give the player the option of making races longer. It makes the pits absolutely useless.

Logitech came out with a really nice one with a 6spd, but it was like $500 USD. I had a Playseat Challenge and the Ferrari Thrustmaster wheel (cheap one) and never used it. Found it too difficult since I don't play often enough, so I sold it. I'm way better with the controller anyway lol.

Played through the demo a couple times last night. First thoughts are dammm the graphics are insane. The game feels great to play, and the demo is huge. Plus you can pick from a couple of cars. I had to take the wide body s15 tho. Super stoked for the full release  8)

I downloaded it too late last night so I never got a chance to play. Hopefully tonight I can play for a bit.

I might take a look at the demo on the PC, haven't heard too many good things about the physics in forza though..

I bought a new thrustmaster wheel ;)  and picked up project carsa for $11 for the PC.. its pretty sweet

Im a fan of the horizon physics. I don't mind a racing simulator but the arcady feel to horizon just makes it more fun to me with the open world environment. Also the demo isnt out for pc yet.

This! Without the open world I would probably not buy Forza, you can only race the same tracks so many times before it gets boring.

Interested in playing this. Are you guys on Xbox or PC? I plan on trying out the demo and giving it a few days after release and see if I want to buy it. Still enjoying NFS Rivals from time to time.

Picked this up over the holidays. Set up with my g27 on my PC, really enjoying driving my IRL car in game. Anybody still playing?

I never ended up buying it. Sadly I don't play much anymore, when I do it's NHL or Madden because I can come and go from them quickly. Might check to see what this is going for though and pick it up because why not lol. I have so many games I haven't played...
