Did you travel? Why are you self-isolating?

Nope, no travel, not sick, working from home order for our entire company/ office. Aren't social distancing / isolating the same thing as opposed to either self-quarantining at home (or quarantined in hospital?)

Everyone should be self isolating AKA social distancing AKA staying inside, I really hope you are!! In my last post what I mean is that I won't be going out to a tire shop to get tires installed/ mounted for the foreseeable future... they'll sit in my Garage and look pretty for the next several weeks LOL.

My LIFE is social distancing.
This has come at a good time (if there is such a thing) as it's extended my vacation by another month  ;D
When I first saw the weight of the package, I was stoked for a truck tent.... When's that coming?

Self isolation means no contact. Food delivered outside and left, etc.
Social distancing means limiting your physical contact with others, and keeping 6ft away from them, but you can still go to places like the grocery store and such.
If the sea was vodka, and I was a duck.
I would swim to the bottom, and drink my way up.
But the sea isn't vodka, and I'm not a duck.
So give me the vodka, and stfu.
If you're having forum problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but your post ain't one.

What's horrible about it? The photo up against my garage wall, both output patterns look absolutely identical to my un-trained eyes, with the exception of the color temperature?

Morimoto HID's are en-route though to change these out anyways ;D ;D  These are kind of just a trial for Diode and ProLightz, to see how / if I like them. Still need to go up for the drone shots comparison.

It's been a while since updating here but I'm loving the Taco' more and more, although I only drive it once or twice a week (which is saving a lot on gas anyways!) The wheel got mounted and installed this past week too and I couldn't be happier with them. Thanks 10Sec and some others for recommending these General Grabber ATX. I have a little bit of rub but it's not too bad.

Installed the dash-cam setup a month ago, now I'm running a Blackvue B-124X dedicated battery that lasts 24 hours parking mode without touching the vehicle's battery. This is very nice because even tough the Power Magic Pro can be set to power off at 11.8v, 12v, etc... I found with my Subaru the battery died probably 3 or 4 times in Winter because I ran the Dashcam for too long or too low power. Now I don't need to worry. The battery pack itself is hard-wired into an accessory fuse so it charges when the truck is running. Then switches into power mode when the truck goes off - and keeps powering the DR900S.

My friend Alex' was shooting a 6 month contract for Toyota and had a 3" lifted Tacoma setup on some nice wheels. We had plans to collab on a cool shoot together which we would share with Toyota but the plans ended quickly because Toyota dealers recalled back most of their vehicles from people. Very short notice I wish it was a day later when I had my new wheels installed but we still met up for a few socially distant photos of the Cement's...

Spent the evening prior to getting the wheels mounted in the Garage, had a few little things going on. First I removed the TRD Off-Road emblem at the top corner of my door, every time I looked at it my eyes would go up down up down didn't know where to focus on these emblems on the door it was too cluttered and busy. With it off, I love it waaaaaaaay more with just the blacked out Tacoma badge ;D

Loaded up the tires and wheels into the back..  8) 8)

Probably not for a long time, you already know this ;D ;D  Will drive like itshay probably and the hardly any major difference if I go lift I'll need to drop $5K+ cuz I'll want bigger tires and wheels lmao, then fuel mileage will just tank... it's not worth the cost, need to get out into the mountains and actually use this thing now a little bit it's just looking pretty in the garage past two months LOL

I commend your choice of going for the "Whitewall out" option. Looks great!

Good choice of tire too. I am strongly considering getting a set of those grabbers for my ramcharger

When I first got in and drove away I was expecting to notice much louder road noise but I was very surprised they sounded exactly the same as the stock tires did, no difference! They feel a bit heavier to turn the wheel now but other than that it's very smooth and nice!! Very happy with them especially considering their low budget price!

I've met some pretty cool friends so far since owning the Tacoma, got out a week or so ago for a 'socially distant' photo-shoot/ hangout with my friend who also has a Cement Grey. (This was just before I got my new wheels, which was the unfortunately luck we had, but we rolled with it anyways.)  His edit is pretty damn epic compared to mine haha but eh I'm just workin' on my YouTube pushing along and almost to 10k Subscribers which is super cool! I did a little video coming soon of the wheels being installed that I'm very proud of can't wait to share.

The new wheels + tires are installed and I'm sooo stoked!! They look so awesome, the truck actually drivers smoother (turning almost feels a bit more linear to me if that makes sense) and they look so much more aggressive. Even stock height / suspension, the 265 / 75/ 16's fill up nicely (pretty snug actually). I get a little bit of rub slow speed parking lot turning, just on the corner of the inside mudflap. They said a custom alignment adjustment would be able to get rid of that so I think that's next on the to-do list!

If you guys have a few minutes to check it and leave a comment on my video I'd be super thankful for that!! I just reached 10K Subscribers on my YouTube which is really so crazy to me, 4 years in the making doing videos every single week!!

Do you need camber? Caster? Toe? Are you going to lower it? XRunner vibes please.

My guess would be a bit of caster. The rubbing is caused by the low offset wheels.
